Watch for emails from Ms. Pence and Mr. Ogle for sign-up opportunities to help with concert operations and bake sales.
Come meet the FOMAHI Board on June 13th, 7pm in the Hamilton library. We'll be wrapping up business for the year as well as confirming new officers. FOMAHI is a 100% volunteer organization run by parents of Hamilton music students - and we need your help.
Want to join us? We are still looking for fundraising chair (ideally two or more) and volunteer coordinators (ideally one for each section)!
Fundraiser is FUN! Primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinate annual Music-a-thon Fundraiser (February).
- Evaluate and execute on additional fundraising activities throughout the year, including restaurant fundraisers and grants.
- Assist the volunteer coordination chair with concert bake sales.
- Publicize the Employer Matching Gift program.
Volunteer Coordinations:
- Recruit volunteers for concerts and for FOMAHI/music-related events.
- Assist during Music-a-Thon and other events, as necessary.
We hope to see you next fall, for the 2023/24 school year!!
