Dear Hamilton Music Families:

With less than one week to go, we’ve received over $4,000 in donations via our website. We’re far from our goal of raising $40,000 for the music program, but we’re sure we can do it with your help!

Did you know that FOMAHI is a 501c3 non-profit? That means we qualify for corporate matches if an employer offers that benefit. Some local employers even double the amount of your gift! Donations are also tax-deductible (to the extent allowed by law).

All funds we raise go to pay for things that SPS doesn’t and assures that all students are able to fully participate in all activities!

At meetings, we receive updates from the directors, approve funding requests, discuss ways to improve programs, and plan for events.

All meetings begin at 7pm.

Volunteer/Concert Operations Coordinator(s). This a great way to meet other parents while getting more involved in your student's choir/band/orchestra. 

Other members of the FOMAHI board are available to help explain the commitment and support you.

As we look ahead to next year, FOMAHI, is looking for a volunteer who can serve as a 'Shadow/Assistant Treasurer' for the remainder of the 2022/23 school year. If you think have skills in this area, please reach out to fomahi.treasurer@gmail.com

Friends of Music at Hamilton International (FOMAHI) is the non-profit, parent-run group that supports our bands, choirs, and orchestras inside and outside the music room. FOMAHI makes sure every student has the opportunity to pursue their musical interests and fully participate in every activity. 

We support the music program through keeping parents up-to-date, organizing volunteers, facilitating field trips, providing scholarships and supplies – and more!
